I would just like to say how delighted i was with the service. I order on 15th Febuary a "Brooch" for my mums 80th birthday, i am delighted to say i have today received the delivery 16th Febuary. I was a bit concerned i would not receive on time, i spoke to a lovely lady on the telephone on the 15th who assured all goods dispathed within 48 hours, i did not think i would receive the following day, she knew i was concerned it may not arrive in time. The brooch is just as it shows on there web page. I will certainly be using "Brooches on line again" I would just like to say this is what i would call customer service which is very hard to find these days. Again a very big thank you.
